Rabbi David Eidensohn - bio I was born in Washington, DC, about 66 years ago. In those days very few people were religious, but I attended a Yeshiva led by children of the Rabbinical Court Judge of Brisk, Lithuania. The Yeshiva was called Ore Torah DiBrisk. (I write about those days in the Yeshiva and other rabbis and Yeshivas I met and attended in my work The Torah that Was, the Torah that Will Be: Stories of Rosh Yeshivas available at www.rabbidavideidensohn.com/shopping.htm.) After several years there, at the age of fifteen, I went to Baltimore to study at the Talmudical Academy, under the great teacher Rabbi Yaacov Bobrowsky. I was there for three years. Then I went to Lakewood Yeshiva and studied with Rabbi Aharon Kotler. I studied also in Israel and other Yeshivas. After my marriage to Sandra, a scion of the Rabbi of Radin Rabbi Yehuda Kval, who was the rabbi of the Chofetz Chaim and a major rabbi in Jerusalem at the end of his life, I settled in Monsey and have been here for about forty years. I have written several books on monetary and family law in Hebrew that carry the approbations of my mentors Rabbi Moshe Feinstein the world's leading halacha authority, and Rabbi Yaacov Kaminetsky, the greatest of the sages in family and worldly matters. I am also a disciple of Rabbi Dr. Shmuel Toledano the Cabala genius of Jerusalem. Some of my children are married to the senior rabbinical and Hassidic rebbe's families in Israel, and some married and live in America. You can find out all about me by doing a Google search. Or you can go to www.rabbidavideidensohn.com and see my many websites. At present I am dealing with Noahides and singles, and hope to put out another book this year, on singles and marriage, as well as a new edition of Secret of the Scale on marriage and human relations.
